Our service outline has two phases:

Listing and marketing:  Initial start up fee of $190 at sign up.  *Includes advertising costs for two months.

Management fees:  When tenants are secured for your home a lease fee of 1/2 of one full months rent will apply. There is a monthly management fee of 8% during each month of the lease term.
