Application Instructions:
Applying is fast and easy! Just prepare your application package and return it to our office at 9010 Glenwater Drive, Suite 105, Charlotte, NC 28262.
A completed application package will have:
1) Proof of income. Two most recent paystubs or, for those self-employed, a current tax return.
2) Copy of drivers license.
3) Application fee of $40.00 per any occupant over 18 years of age. (Checks may be made payable to Century21 at the University).
4) Completed application form. (See icon below)
***Please remember that all applicants over 18 must appear on the form and must pay the $40.00 application fee. Also, please make certain all applicants have signed the form.
*** All Income, credit and background checks must be met. No exceptions. Incomplete application packages cannot be processed. Completed application packages must be mailed or hand delivered to our office. Applications are normally processed within 12 hours.
